The morning of a wedding sets the tone for the whole day, and most couples underestimate it until it's happening. A hotel getting-ready room usually means an early checkout deadline, a cramped space, a hair-and-makeup team squeezed into a bathroom, and a drive to the venue in full dress. A wedding venue with a bridal suite removes all of that friction by keeping the morning where the day actually unfolds. Austin Ridge, a private Truckee wedding venue, is built around on-site rooms, so getting ready is part of the property rather than a logistics problem happening somewhere else.

What a bridal suite should actually give you

The phrase gets used loosely, so it helps to be specific about what makes a getting-ready space work. It comes down to room, light, and time. You want space for the party and the hair-and-makeup team to spread out, natural light for photos, and enough hours that nobody is watching a checkout clock. A closet-sized side room labeled "bridal suite" checks none of those boxes.

Austin Ridge approaches this through genuine on-site lodging rather than a single dressing room. As a wedding venue with overnight accommodations, the full-property buyout includes rooms for 20 adults across 6 rooms, which means the getting-ready space isn't borrowed time in a hotel; it's the house you and your closest people already slept in the night before. Our guide on what accommodations to consider for guests covers how the on-site rooms and nearby lodging fit together.

The case for staying on the property the night before

The strongest version of a bridal-suite setup is one where you never leave. With the three-day buyout, you have the estate from 10 AM Friday to 5 PM Sunday, so the wedding party stays on-site for two nights. That changes the morning in concrete ways:

No travel in dress. Hair and makeup happen on the property, and you walk to the ceremony rather than driving to it.

No checkout pressure. The timeline runs on your schedule, not a hotel's housekeeping window.

Photos that carry the setting. Getting-ready images are shot against 81 acres of woodland and mountain views instead of a generic hotel room.

A calmer party. Everyone who matters is already together, which cuts the morning-of coordination that usually eats the first two hours.

Room for the whole getting-ready operation

Beyond the rooms themselves, the estate gives the morning space to breathe. The pool house, yard, and indoor-outdoor areas mean the hair-and-makeup station, the wedding party, and any vendors setting up aren't stacked on top of each other. Two laundry facilities on-site handle the small emergencies that always come up. And because the property holds 100 to 250 guests for the ceremony and reception, the same grounds that host the morning carry the entire day without anyone relocating.

For couples who don't need the overnight component, the One Day package at $10,000 covers the pool house and yard from 10 AM to midnight, which still gives a generous getting-ready window on-site compared to a hotel block. If you're leaning toward the full experience, here's why a wedding weekend at Austin Ridge is worth the extra days.

How the setting supports the day

Austin Ridge runs as a clean canvas. It provides the rooms, the space, and the infrastructure, and connects you with a curated list of pre-approved vendors who have worked the property before, including hair, makeup, and photography teams that already know the light and the layout. That familiarity is quietly valuable on a tight morning timeline.

The estate also comes stocked for the hours between getting ready and walking down the aisle: a pool and two hot tubs, a sauna, indoor and outdoor bars, and a chef's kitchen for a relaxed morning meal before the day ramps up. It's minutes from downtown Truckee and roughly 30 minutes from Reno-Tahoe International Airport, so the party and any early-arriving guests aren't traveling far.

Frequently asked questions

Does Austin Ridge have a dedicated bridal suite?

It offers on-site lodging for 20 adults across 6 rooms, so getting ready happens in real rooms on the property rather than a single borrowed space.

Can we stay the night before the wedding?

Yes, with the three-day buyout, which runs 10 AM Friday to 5 PM Sunday and includes two nights of lodging.

Is there a smaller option without overnight rooms?

The One Day package at $10,000 covers the pool house and yard from 10 AM to midnight.

How many guests can the venue hold overall?

Between 100 and 250, depending on indoor or outdoor setup.

See the rooms in person

If a calm, on-site morning matters to you, the getting-ready experience is worth seeing before you book.

Wedding Venue with a Bridal Suite: Why Getting Ready On-Site Changes the Whole Morning

A mountain wedding venue in California asks more of a couple than a valley ballroom does. Elevation, weather swings, guest travel, and power all become part of the decision. The venues that read beautifully in photos are not always the ones that hold a 200-person reception when an evening turns cold or a caterer needs real kitchen access. This is a buyer's guide: what to verify before you sign, and how one Sierra Nevada estate answers each point.

The five things that separate a good mountain venue from a hard one

Capacity that matches your real number, indoors and out. Mountain weather changes plans. A venue should give you a headcount that works in either setup. Austin Ridge holds 100 to 250 guests depending on indoor or outdoor arrangement, so a weather call doesn't force you to cut the list.

A weather backup that isn't an afterthought. Ask where the reception moves if it rains or the temperature drops. Austin Ridge runs on an indoor-outdoor flow with a pool house and event area, terraces, and transitional spaces, plus five yard heaters for cool evenings at elevation and pre-planted concrete tie-downs if you're tenting.

Power that can carry a full night. Remote and elevated sites strain electrical loads. Confirm the venue can run catering, lighting, and sound without tripping. Austin Ridge has 220V hookups and backup generators built in.

Kitchen and vendor access. Mountain catering fails when there's nowhere to stage. Austin Ridge includes a chef's kitchen, a separate outdoor kitchen, and basement storage for vendor deliveries, and it works with a curated list of pre-approved vendors who already know the property.

Lodging and travel. The farther the venue, the more your guests need somewhere to stay. Austin Ridge is minutes from downtown Truckee and about 30 minutes from Reno-Tahoe International Airport, with on-site lodging for 20 adults across 6 rooms and roughly 25 parking spaces on the estate.

Why the Sierra Nevada, and why Truckee specifically

California's mountain wedding regions each have a personality. The Sierra Nevada around Truckee and Lake Tahoe gives you alpine scenery with genuine access: a major airport within a half-hour drive and a mountain town with lodging and dining minutes from the ceremony. That combination is rarer than it sounds. Plenty of scenic mountain sites make guests drive an hour from the nearest bed. A Truckee wedding venue keeps the setting dramatic and the logistics manageable.

A closer look at Austin Ridge

Austin Ridge is a private 81-acre wedding venue in Northern California, set on secluded woodland in Truckee with multiple outdoor ceremony sites and panoramic mountain views. The differentiator is that it's yours for the weekend, not for an afternoon slot between two other events.

The full-property buyout is $35,000 and gives you the estate from 10 AM Friday to 5 PM Sunday, with lodging for 20 across two nights. That's enough time for a rehearsal dinner, the ceremony and reception, and a Sunday brunch, all on one property. The One Day package is $10,000, from 10 AM to midnight, covering the pool house and yard. Beyond the essentials, the estate includes a pool and two hot tubs, a sauna, an outdoor bar with a Sonos system, indoor and outdoor bars, 11 high-top cocktail tables with seating for 25 or more, and a 65-inch TV for slideshows and announcements.

Timing a mountain wedding

At elevation, the calendar does some of the planning for you. Late spring through early fall gives the most reliable outdoor conditions and the longest evenings, which is why most Sierra Nevada weddings cluster there, as our guide to the best season for California outdoor weddings lays out. Shoulder-season dates are workable when the venue can heat and enclose the reception; Austin Ridge covers that with five yard heaters and an indoor-outdoor layout.

Winter is a genuine option for couples who want snow in the frame, and it's worth confirming access and setup with any mountain venue before committing. Once you've locked a date, our walkthrough on how to plan a mountain wedding in California covers the timeline in detail.

Costs and add-ons to plan for

Mountain venues vary widely on what's included. At Austin Ridge, the two packages are the three-day buyout at $35,000 with lodging for 20, and the One Day option at $10,000. Budget separately for the extras a remote outdoor event tends to need: cleaning service at $1,250 to $1,500, executive toilet trailers with A/C at $2,500 for larger outdoor counts, and a bear bin at $400. Catering and design costs sit with the vendors you choose from the pre-approved list.

Frequently asked questions

What's the guest capacity?

Austin Ridge holds 100 to 250 guests depending on indoor or outdoor setup.

What happens if the weather turns?

The estate runs on an indoor-outdoor flow with heaters and tenting tie-downs, so the reception has somewhere to go without cutting the guest list.

Is there lodging at a mountain venue like this?

Yes, up to 20 adults across 6 rooms with the buyout, plus lodging minutes away in Truckee.

How accessible is it?

Minutes from downtown Truckee and about 30 minutes from Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

How to shortlist

If you're weighing mountain wedding venues in California, score each one against those five checks: dual-setup capacity, a real weather backup, sufficient power, kitchen and vendor access, and lodging within reach. A venue that clears all five, in a setting your guests can actually get to, is a short list of one or two.

See where Austin Ridge lands on your list at austinridge.events/pricing, or arrange a walkthrough at austinridge.events/request-a-tour.

Mountain Wedding Venues in California: What to Check Before You Book, and Where to Celebrate in the Sierra Nevada

An exclusive-use wedding venue means the property is yours alone for the booking, with no other events sharing the space and no public access cutting into your day. Couples ask whether the exclusivity is worth the cost, and the honest answer is that it depends on what the buyout actually includes. At Austin Ridge, the full-property Buy Out is a three-day, 81-acre private estate for $35,000. This guide breaks down what that buys, so you can judge the value for your own wedding.

What Exclusive-Use Really Means

Plenty of venues call themselves private but still run multiple weddings a weekend, share grounds with a hotel, or hold public hours. True exclusive-use means the entire property is dedicated to your event for the duration of the booking.

That changes the day in ways that are hard to overstate: your timeline is not compressed to fit another couple, your setup can start early, your vendors have the run of the space, and your guests are not sharing the venue with strangers. It is the difference between renting a room and having the estate.

The Austin Ridge Buy Out: 81 Acres for Three Days

Austin Ridge is a boutique mountain estate on 81 private acres of secluded woodland in Truckee. The Buy Out gives you the full property from 10 AM Friday to 5 PM Sunday. That three-day window is what separates a buyout from a single-day rental: instead of squeezing everything into one date, you get the whole weekend to hold a rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and a post-wedding brunch on the same land.

The estate hosts 100 to 250 guests depending on indoor or outdoor setup, with multiple outdoor ceremony sites, a pool house with a bar and event area, and an indoor-outdoor reception flow.

What the $35,000 Buyout Includes

The value of an exclusive-use booking comes down to what is inside it. The Austin Ridge Buy Out includes:

The full 81-acre property for three days, 10 AM Friday to 5 PM Sunday

On-site lodging for 20 adults across 6 rooms, for two nights

Multiple outdoor ceremony sites with panoramic mountain views

Pool house and yard access, a pool, two hot tubs, and a sauna

An outdoor bar with a Sonos system, five yard heaters, and cocktail tables with bar seating for 25 or more

A chef’s kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, and indoor and outdoor bars

220V hookups with backup generators, pre-planted tie-downs for tenting, and basement storage for vendor deliveries

In other words, the buyout is not just the land. It is the land plus the lodging, the event infrastructure, and the amenities that carry a full weekend.

The Weekend Math: Why Three Days Changes the Value

The reason a buyout often makes financial and practical sense is consolidation. A typical wedding spreads across several venues: one place for the rehearsal dinner, another for the ceremony and reception, scattered hotels for lodging, and maybe a third spot for a farewell brunch. Each move adds cost, coordination, and transportation.

Holding all of it on one estate collapses those line items into a single property and a single timeline. When you weigh the buyout against renting multiple venues, booking a room block, and arranging transport between them, the gap narrows considerably.

The lodging for 20 is a real part of that math. Keeping your wedding party and closest family on-site for two nights removes a hotel block for your inner circle and keeps everyone together for the whole weekend.

Buy Out vs. One Day: Which Fits

The Buy Out

At $35,000, the Buy Out suits couples who want the full weekend experience, on-site lodging, and complete control of the property from Friday through Sunday. It is the option for a destination-style wedding where the estate is the whole event.

The One Day option

At $10,000, the One Day option gives you the property from 10 AM to midnight with pool house and yard access, without lodging. It fits couples focused on the celebration itself who are arranging stays separately, or who want a single memorable day rather than a full weekend.

Both are laid out in detail on the pricing page.

Is an Exclusive-Use Estate Worth It for You?

If your priority is privacy, a weekend timeline, and one property that holds every part of the celebration, an exclusive-use estate delivers what a shared or single-day venue cannot. The Austin Ridge Buy Out gives you 81 private acres, lodging for 20, and the full run of the property for three days. Whether that is worth $35,000 depends on how much you value having the whole weekend, and the whole estate, to yourselves.

To see the property and talk through dates, request a tour or explore austinridge.events.

FAQs

What does the Austin Ridge buyout cost?

The full-property Buy Out is $35,000 for three days, from 10 AM Friday to 5 PM Sunday, including two nights of lodging for 20 guests.

How many acres do you get?

The buyout includes the full 81-acre private estate for the duration of the booking.

Can we hold the rehearsal dinner and brunch on-site too?

Yes. The three-day window is designed so the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and post-wedding brunch all happen on the same property.

Exclusive-Use Wedding Venues: What a Private Estate Buyout Includes at Austin Ridge

Corporate off-sites and team retreats live or die on two things: whether the group can actually focus, and whether the logistics hold together. A hotel conference room gives you neither the setting nor the privacy that makes a retreat feel different from a normal week.

Austin Ridge, a private 81-acre estate in Truckee, offers a full-property alternative: mountain surroundings, on-site lodging, indoor and outdoor working and gathering spaces, and roughly 30 minutes of driving from Reno-Tahoe International Airport. This guide covers what makes the estate work for corporate events and how the booking is structured.

Why Companies Look Beyond Hotels and Conference Centers

Standard event venues are built for turnover. Rooms are shared, schedules are stacked, and the space resets for the next group the moment you leave. For a retreat meant to pull a team out of its routine, that environment works against you. A private estate flips the model: the property is yours for the booking, the setting is memorable, and the group stays together instead of dispersing to separate hotels each night. That continuity is often the whole point of gathering in person.

The Setting: 81 Private Acres in the Sierra Nevada

Austin Ridge sits on 81 acres of secluded woodland at 17031 Austin Way in Truckee, minutes from downtown and a short drive from the Lake Tahoe area. The estate can hold 100 to 250 people depending on indoor or outdoor setup, which covers everything from a small leadership retreat to a full company gathering. The landscape does work that no conference center can: it signals to a team that this is not an ordinary meeting.

Spaces That Flex Between Work and Downtime

A good corporate venue has to switch modes. Austin Ridge offers an indoor-outdoor flow that moves from focused sessions to open networking without relocating the group. The pool house includes a bar and event area, terraces and transitional spaces suit breakout conversations, and a 65-inch TV handles slideshows, presentations, and announcements. Flexible seating, from extendable dining tables to cocktail tables with chairs, lets you reconfigure a space for a working session in the morning and a dinner in the evening.

For downtime, the estate includes a pool, two hot tubs, and a sauna, which give a multi-day retreat the recovery time that keeps people engaged rather than burned out.

Infrastructure for a Working Event

Corporate events have technical needs that weddings sometimes do not. Austin Ridge includes 220V hookups with backup generators, so power for A/V and equipment is reliable, plus a chef’s kitchen and outdoor kitchen for catered meals, indoor and outdoor bars, basement storage for deliveries and supplies, and pre-planted concrete tie-downs if you tent an outdoor session. An outdoor bar with a Sonos speaker system and five yard heaters make evening gatherings comfortable.

Austin Ridge runs as a clean canvas and connects you with a curated list of pre-approved vendors, caterers, coordinators, and more, who already know the property. There is no in-house catering or staffing, so you build the exact program you need through that vetted network.

On-Site Lodging Keeps the Group Together

The estate includes lodging for up to 20 adults across 6 rooms. For a leadership team or core group, that means everyone stays on the property through the retreat, which is where a lot of the informal connection actually happens. Larger groups use Truckee-area lodging nearby, with a shuttle recommended since on-site parking holds roughly 25 cars.

Getting There

Access matters for a corporate group flying in from multiple cities. Austin Ridge is roughly 30 minutes from Reno-Tahoe International Airport and minutes from downtown Truckee, so travel time stays short and the group can be on-site and settled quickly.

Planning a Retreat at Austin Ridge

If you want a corporate event that feels distinct from the usual conference-room off-site, a private Sierra estate gives you the setting, the infrastructure, and the lodging to keep a team together and focused. The estate handles the space and power; your vendors handle the program.

FAQs

Does Austin Ridge host corporate events?

Yes. The private estate suits off-sites, retreats, and team gatherings, with indoor-outdoor space for 100 to 250 people and on-site lodging for 20.

Can attendees stay overnight?

On-site lodging accommodates up to 20 adults across 6 rooms; the Buy Out package includes two nights of that lodging.

Is there reliable power for A/V?

The estate includes 220V hookups with backup generators, along with a 65-inch TV for presentations.

A Private Corporate Event Venue in Truckee: Off-Sites, Retreats, and Team Gatherings at Austin Ridge

When couples search for a wedding venue near Olympic Valley with full-service amenities, they usually mean one thing: they do not want to rent an empty field and build everything from scratch. They want a property where the pool, the bar, the kitchen, the ceremony space, and the guest comforts already exist. Austin Ridge, a private estate in Truckee a short drive from the Olympic Valley area, is built around exactly that. This guide walks through which amenities come standard and how to judge whether a venue is truly full-service.

What “Full-Service Amenities” Actually Means at a Wedding Venue

Full-service is a loose phrase, so it pays to define it. For a mountain wedding, it usually breaks into four categories: the spaces you celebrate in, the infrastructure that powers the event, the comforts that keep guests happy across a weekend, and the vendor support that ties it together. A venue that only covers one or two of these leaves the rest on your plate. Austin Ridge covers all four, with the exception of in-house catering, which it handles through a curated vendor network instead.

The Spaces

Austin Ridge spans 81 private acres of secluded woodland and hosts 100 to 250 guests depending on setup. The property includes multiple outdoor ceremony sites with panoramic mountain views, a pool house with its own bar and event area, and an indoor-outdoor reception flow so the celebration moves naturally from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner. Terraces and transitional spaces give cocktail hour a home, and flexible seating, from picnic tables to extendable dining tables to cocktail tables with chairs, lets you shape the layout to your guest count.

The Comfort Amenities

This is where a private estate separates itself from a plain event space. Included across packages are:

A pool and two hot tubs

A sauna

A pool house and yard access

An outdoor bar with a Sonos speaker system

Five yard heaters for cool mountain evenings

11 high-top cocktail tables and bar seating for 25 or more guests

A 65-inch TV for slideshows and announcements

Two laundry facilities

For a wedding weekend, these are not extras. The pool, hot tubs, and sauna give guests something to do between events, and the heaters and bar make an outdoor evening comfortable well past sunset.

The Infrastructure

Amenities you notice are one thing; the ones you only miss when they are absent are another. Austin Ridge includes a chef’s kitchen and a separate outdoor kitchen to support your catering team, indoor and outdoor bars, 220V hookups with backup generators, pre-planted concrete tie-downs for tenting, and basement storage for vendor deliveries and supplies. This is the layer that keeps a large outdoor event running: power that will not trip, a place to stage food, and a defined spot for tents rather than guesswork.

The Vendor Support

Austin Ridge operates as a clean canvas. It provides the property and infrastructure, then connects couples with a curated list of pre-approved vendors, caterers, photographers, florists, DJs, coordinators, and décor teams, who have prior experience on-site. There is no in-house catering or staffing; the venue works entirely through this external network. The advantage is that your vendors already know the kitchen, the power setup, and the flow of the property, which removes a lot of day-of friction.

Lodging and Parking

A full-service venue should also solve where people sleep. Austin Ridge includes on-site lodging for up to 20 adults across 6 rooms, so your wedding party and closest family stay on the property. On-site parking holds roughly 25 cars, with a shuttle recommended for larger groups. For guests beyond the on-site rooms, Truckee and the surrounding Olympic Valley area offer lodging within a short drive.

A Simple Checklist for Judging a Full-Service Venue

When you compare Olympic Valley area venues, run each one against a short list. Does it include ceremony and reception spaces, or just one? Is there a real kitchen for catering? Is power sufficient for an outdoor event, with a backup? Are there guest comforts for a multi-day stay? Can people sleep on-site? And does the venue give you vetted vendors, or leave sourcing entirely to you? Austin Ridge answers yes to all of these except in-house catering, which its vendor network covers.

If that matches what you are looking for, request a tour and see the amenities in person.

FAQs

Is Austin Ridge in Olympic Valley?

Austin Ridge is a private estate in Truckee, a short drive from the Olympic Valley area, minutes from downtown Truckee and roughly 30 minutes from Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

Does the venue provide catering?

There is no in-house catering. Wedding Venues Near Olympic Valley with Full-Service Amenities: What Austin Ridge Includes

Most couples who start searching for a Lake Tahoe wedding venue are really looking for two things: the scenery of the Sierra Nevada and a place that can hold their weekend together. The lake itself is stunning, but public beaches, hotel ballrooms, and shared resort lawns rarely give you privacy or control over the timeline.

Austin Ridge sits in Truckee at 17031 Austin Way, a short drive from Donner Lake and the North Lake Tahoe shoreline, and solves the part the postcard views do not: 81 private acres that belong only to your wedding for the weekend.

This guide covers what the Tahoe area offers, where the trade-offs usually hide, and how a private estate in Truckee compares to booking on or around the lake.

Why Couples Search for a Lake Tahoe Wedding Venue

Lake Tahoe draws weddings for obvious reasons: alpine water, granite peaks, pine forest, and a season that runs from late spring snowmelt through golden fall. The area around Donner Lake, Truckee, and the North Shore keeps that same landscape while sitting closer to Reno-Tahoe International Airport, which is roughly 30 minutes from Truckee. For guests flying in, that half-hour matters more than it sounds.

The catch is that many lakefront options are public or semi-public. A beach ceremony can share space with day visitors, resort venues often run tight back-to-back event schedules, and noise ordinances near residential shoreline can cut a reception short. If your priority is a private, uninterrupted celebration, the venue model matters as much as the view.

Truckee, Donner Lake, and the North Shore: One Landscape, Different Logistics

Donner Lake

Donner Lake sits just west of downtown Truckee, framed by the same Sierra ridgeline that surrounds the Tahoe basin. It is quieter than the main lake and easy to reach, which makes the Truckee side a practical base for a wedding weekend without giving up mountain-and-water scenery.

North Lake Tahoe

The North Shore, from Kings Beach to Tahoe City, offers classic lake views and established resorts. It also brings summer traffic and higher lodging demand, so room blocks and shuttle timing need earlier planning.

Truckee as your base

Truckee keeps you minutes from downtown restaurants and shops, close to Donner Lake, and within reach of the North Shore, while giving you room to hold the whole event on private land. Austin Ridge is built around that idea.

What a Private Estate Adds That a Lakefront Booking Often Cannot

Austin Ridge is a boutique mountain estate, not a banquet hall. The property spans 81 acres of secluded woodland and hosts 100 to 250 guests depending on whether you set up indoors or outdoors. Because it is a private estate, the grounds are yours for the booking rather than shared with other events or the public.

Practical features that shape a mountain wedding are already in place:

Multiple outdoor ceremony sites with panoramic mountain views

A pool house with a bar and event area, plus indoor-outdoor reception flow

A pool, two hot tubs, and a sauna for the weekend

An outdoor bar with a Sonos speaker system, five yard heaters, and 11 high-top cocktail tables with bar seating for 25 or more

Pre-planted concrete tie-downs for tenting, 220V hookups, and backup generators

A chef’s kitchen and an outdoor kitchen to support your catering team

The property works as a clean canvas. Austin Ridge provides the infrastructure and connects you with a curated list of pre-approved vendors who have worked on-site before, so your caterer, florist, photographer, and coordinator already know the space.

Lodging: Keep Your Closest People On-Site

One of the hardest parts of a Tahoe-area wedding is lodging. Guests get scattered across rentals and hotels on both sides of the lake, and morning logistics fall apart. Austin Ridge includes on-site lodging for up to 20 adults across 6 rooms, which keeps your wedding party and closest family on the property for the weekend. For the wider guest list, nearby Truckee and North Shore options fill in, with a shuttle recommended for larger groups since on-site parking holds roughly 25 cars.

Packages and Pricing

The Buy Out: a full weekend

The Buy Out is the full-property, three-day option at $35,000. It runs from 10 AM Friday to 5 PM Sunday and includes lodging for 20 guests for two nights. That window lets you hold a rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and a post-wedding brunch on the same land, which is what turns a Tahoe-area wedding into an actual weekend rather than a single rushed day.

Planning Notes for a Mountain Wedding Near the Lake

Season shapes everything at this elevation. Late spring through fall gives you the reliable outdoor window, with fall bringing color and cooler evenings, which is where those five yard heaters earn their place. Because the estate has covered and indoor space alongside its outdoor ceremony sites, you have a real backup if weather turns, rather than scrambling.

Transportation is the other detail worth locking early. With parking for about 25 cars, a shuttle from Truckee or North Shore lodging keeps arrivals simple and gives guests a safe ride back after the reception.

Is Austin Ridge Right for Your Lake Tahoe Wedding?

If you want the Sierra scenery associated with Lake Tahoe but need privacy, a weekend timeline, and lodging for your inner circle, a Truckee estate minutes from Donner Lake gives you more control than a shared lakefront booking. You trade a direct waterfront address for 81 private acres, mountain views, and a property that holds the whole celebration.

Ready to see it in person? Request a tour or explore the estate at austinridge.events.

FAQs

How far is Austin Ridge from Lake Tahoe?

Austin Ridge is in Truckee, minutes from downtown and a short drive from Donner Lake and the North Lake Tahoe shoreline, while sitting roughly 30 minutes from Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

How many guests can it hold?

The estate hosts 100 to 250 guests depending on indoor or outdoor setup, across 81 private acres.

Can guests stay on-site?

Yes. On-site lodging accommodates up to 20 adults across 6 rooms, and the Buy Out package includes two nights of that lodging.
