This Privacy Policy explains how 17031 LLC dba Austin Ridge Events ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information in connection with your use of our website located at www.austinridge.events (the "Site"), your inquiry about or rental of our event venue, and the related products and services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). We are committed to handling your personal information fairly, lawfully, and in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA").

By accessing the Site, submitting information to us, or booking or using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, as it may be updated from time to time.

1. Personal Information We Collect
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household. Personal information does not include publicly available information or information that has been de-identified or aggregated.

Information You Provide to Us
Contact and identity details, such as your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. Booking and event details, such as event dates, guest counts, vendor information, and your preferences for the event. Billing and payment information. We accept payment by check or ACH bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards. Where you pay by check or bank transfer we retain the bank account and routing information you provide, which is treated as sensitive personal information under the CCPA. Information you choose to share, such as dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or other requests, which may in limited circumstances include sensitive personal information provided so we can accommodate you. Correspondence and communications you send to us by email, web form, phone, text, or social media. Event Insurance: We maintain records of the insurance information you provide to us. Information We Collect Automatically When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information using cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies. This may include your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referral source, and interactions with the Site.

Information We Collect at the Venue
The venue property is monitored by security cameras at entrances, parking areas, and other common areas. These cameras record video images and capture audio. If we make guest Wi-Fi available, our network equipment may log device identifiers and connection times. Aerial (drone) photography and video may also be captured at events, as described in Section 4.

Information From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from service providers that operate the Site or assist us (for example, website hosting, analytics, and advertising providers such as Google Analytics), and from partners through which you may have found or contacted us.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help the Site function, remember your preferences, measure how the Site is used, and support our marketing. We use both first-party cookies and cookies set by third parties (such as analytics and advertising providers). Cookies may be session-based (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (retained until they expire or you delete them).

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable certain cookies, some features of the Site may not function as intended. See Section 9 regarding Global Privacy Control signals. You may opt out of advertising and analytics cookies at any time using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of every page of the Site.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use personal information for our legitimate business purposes, including to:

Respond to your inquiries and provide information about our venue and Services; Book, plan, coordinate, and provide your event and perform our contract with you; Process payments and manage your account and booking records; Arrange, coordinate with, and share necessary details with vendors and service providers involved in your event (such as caterers, planners, and rental companies); Communicate with you about your event, our Services, and, where permitted, marketing and promotional offers; Send you marketing emails and text messages where you have given us consent to receive them, each of which includes a way to unsubscribe or to reply STOP; Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our Services; Protect against fraud and unlawful activity and defend our legal rights; and Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, and governmental requests.

4. Photography, Video, and Publicity
Photographs and video recordings may be taken by us, or by photographers or others acting on our behalf, before, during, and after events held at our venue. If you are our contracting client, the venue rental agreement you sign with us governs our right to use photographs and video recordings of your event. Under that agreement you grant us a license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute images and recordings created by us or on our behalf for our advertising, marketing, promotional, publicity, and portfolio purposes, in any media now known or later developed, including our website, social media, and print materials.

We do not rely on this Privacy Policy to obtain consent from your guests. California Civil Code section 3344 requires a person’s consent before their name or likeness is used for purposes of advertising. We therefore post signage at the venue entrance notifying attendees that photography and video may take place and may be used in our marketing, and we ask you to notify your guests in advance. We will not use an image in which a minor is individually identifiable for marketing purposes without the consent of that minor’s parent or legal guardian.

This right does not extend to photographs or video created by you or by your own separately retained vendors. If you have concerns about the use of a particular image, or wish to request that we not use a specific image, please contact us using the information in Section 12, and we will remove that image from the marketing channels we control within thirty (30) days. We cannot recall images that have already been distributed, republished, or reposted by third parties. We encourage you to inform your guests that photography and videography may take place at the venue and may be used as described above.

5. How We Disclose Your Personal InformationWe do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. Certain advertising and analytics activity described below may nonetheless qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA. We may, however, disclose your personal information in the following circumstances: Service providers and vendors. We disclose personal information to third parties as reasonably necessary to perform the Services contemplated by your rental of the venue — for example, to caterers, event planners, rental and equipment companies, payment processors, and technology, hosting, and administrative providers who perform functions on our behalf. We require these parties to protect the information and use it only to provide services to us. Advertising and analytics. Our use of cookies and similar technologies to support analytics and advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the CCPA, even though no money is exchanged. See Section 6 for your right to opt out. Legal and protective disclosures. We may disclose personal information when we believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements; to protect against fraud or unlawful activity; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others. Business transfers. We may disclose personal information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business or assets. Insurance Disclosures & Compliance: We may disclose your personal information and that related to your insurance to government authorities as required by code, statute or regulation.

6. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA provides you with the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:

Right to know. You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
Right to delete. You may request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, where we need it to complete a transaction, perform our contract with you, or comply with law).
Right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing. You may opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may exercise this right using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of every page of the Site, or by any of the methods listed in Section 12.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We collect sensitive personal information only where you volunteer it (for example, dietary, accessibility, or health information provided so that we can accommodate you), or where it is necessary to process your payment (for example, bank account information). We use it solely to perform the Services you have requested and for the other purposes expressly permitted by Civil Code section 1798.121(d), and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you. Because our use falls entirely within those permitted purposes we are not required to offer a right to limit, but we will honor any such request we receive.
Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
To submit a request, use any of the methods listed in Section 12, which include a toll-free telephone number, an online request form, and an email address. We will confirm receipt within ten (10) business days and generally respond within forty-five (45) calendar days, with one additional 45-day extension where reasonably necessary and permitted by law. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding, which may include confirming information we already have on file. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require written proof of the agent's authorization and may verify your identity directly.

Residents of other states. Several other states have enacted consumer privacy laws. We do not currently meet the thresholds that would make those laws applicable to us. If you are a resident of another state, or of the European Union or the United Kingdom, and you wish to exercise privacy rights, please contact us using the methods in Section 12 and we will consider your request in good faith.

7. Notice of Collection — Categories of Personal Information
In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information. We do not sell this information for money; however, categories collected through cookies and similar technologies for advertising and analytics may be treated as “shared” or “sold” under the CCPA. The table below shows, for each category, whether we sell or share it and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it. Retention periods for each category appear in Section 8.

We collect these categories from the sources described in Section 1 and use them for the purposes described in Section 3. We retain personal information only as described in Section 8.

8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy — generally for the duration of our customer relationship plus any additional period required to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Photographs and video recordings used for marketing and publicity may be retained and used on an ongoing basis as described in Section 4.

The periods below apply unless a longer period is required by law or is necessary to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements.

9. Data Security and Global Privacy Control
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We recognize Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals sent by your browser and will treat an enabled GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for that browser or device. Because a GPC signal is specific to the browser or device that sends it, opting out on one browser or device does not opt you out on another. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. Children frequently attend events held at the venue. As described in Section 4, we will not use an image in which a minor is individually identifiable for marketing purposes without the consent of that minor’s parent or legal guardian.

11. Third-Party Links and “Shine the Light”
The Site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies. California Civil Code §1798.83 (the “Shine the Light” law) permits California residents to request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide the disclosures that statute requires. You may submit a request using the contact information below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and post the updated version on the Site. We review this Privacy Policy at least once every twelve (12) months and refresh the Notice of Collection in Section 7 at that time. Your continued use of the Site or our Services after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
